“Harare City Council should send a team to neighbouring countries such as Zambia and Botswana to study how they manage to provide commuters and residents with clean ablutions such as toilets and washing facilities, toilets at Mbare Musika, Copacabana, Bank Street and Fourth Street are always messy and in a terrible state.”
