Justice Maria Zimba-Dube granted bail to Lionel Girezha (27) and Ngoni Shanya (28) who were both charged under the repressive Section 73 (1) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act.
The two were first denied bail at Mbare Magistrates Court last month forcing their lawyers Advocate Zvikomborero Chadambuka and Belinda Chinowawa to approach the High Court appealing against the decision.
Girezha was ordered to reside at his given Mbare residence while Shanya should reside in the Milton Park suburb. Both were ordered to report once a week at Matapi Police Station and not to interfere with State witnesses.
