Confused Vimbai Mutinhiri booed off stage

Guests at the much-hyped VIP Concert held last Saturday at 7 Arts Theatre had no kind words for a seemingly confused Vimbai Mutinhiri who played hostess for the night. The stick-thin socialite simply should be regretting ever taking part in the event as she was jeered for the greater part of the night.

“I am really star struck right now and I am also confused so that is why I am really mixing up words. “Oh my goodness, I mean I just saw Tuku and he is like my biggest star,” said the lanky former Big Brother Amplified contestant. Dressed in an off-white boob tube, floral and colourful green skirt, Vimbai was booed off stage by fans who felt that her stage presence was an eyesore.

“Surely this girl should just stick to one thing. She is rushing her speech and we can hardly hear what she is saying. I think she should add a little bit of vernacular to save herself the embarrassment of stuttering,” one patron said. She spoke as if she was being paid per word; her words were muffled up and she sounded like a scratched CD!

“Ladies sit back and relax as we take a commercial break and we will be right back,” she said in haste before she left the stage. Unfortunately this was not a TV show and there was nothing ‘commercial’ about the break except people moving from their seats for recess.

Backstage, the wannabe prima donna of Zimbabwe had her own dressing room and after the concert, she wheeled off a suitcase. “My dress was in the suitcase where else would I have put it. I design my own clothes and I . . . Gosh I do a lot of things,” the split focused girl boasted.

As with life, you cannot be good in everything and Vimbai has to start taking the free life session. “She should just focus on one thing. How many things is she doing now? Fashion designing, singing, emceeing and a whole lot of other stuff. She is surely not talented in one of these if not all,” another fan said. H Metro
