SA police arrest 7 over stoning of Zimbabwean

Wednesday night’s arrests came after an ANC councillor appeared in court with 11 other people for the same crime, Brigadier Hangwane Mulaudzi said on Thursday.

All 19 were facing charges of incitement, public violence, malicious damage to property, arson and murder. The seven would appear in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court on Friday. The ANC councillor and 11 others were out on bail and were expected back in court on August 16.
