Exclusive Pictures: Tsvangirai’s new woman

Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai appeared in public for the first time with his new lover Locadia Karimatsenga Tembo. Last year in March Tsvangirai’s wife Susan died in a tragic car crash along the Harare-Masvingo road. Since then speculation around his personal life has been spreading like veld fire.

According to press reports a week ago, the MDC leader and his two children Vimbai and Edwin along with Tembo all attended Joyce Meyer’s Festival of Life Conference in Harare. Today Nehanda Radio publishes exclusive pictures of the Prime Minister’s new woman, her mother and father, brother and sister.

Several MDC-T members are said to be unhappy with the relationship because Tembo is the blood sister to Beatrice Nyamupinga (pictured below), the ZANU PF Member of Parliament for Goromonzi. Nyamupinga’s husband is current Deputy Ambassador to Jacqueline Zwambila of the MDC-T in Australia.

Meanwhile its reported that Tsvangirai first met Tembo in South Africa at the OR Tambo International Airport. She is said to be a wealthy woman who owns posh houses in Greendale and Greystone Park. She is also thought to be a mum-of-one from a previous marriage to one Ben Muchedzi.
