I hope Professor Nherera is going to pursue the challenge of finding those responsible for his wrongful conviction as rigorously as he did the challenge to clear his good name. I sure hope he will not see that as being bitter or negative thinking. As a learned man he should know that a good and healthy legal system must be rigorous and thorough in its search for those who break the law but must be even more so to ensure the innocent are never caught up in its net! When that happens, as in this case, then the victim owe it to themselves and to society at large to find out what happened so the mistake is never repeated ever again.
