She is not legitimate in the Government it even said she begged for a post in the GNU. The MDC-M has lost legitimacy currently being protected by Mugabe by failing to call for an by-elections. Once these elections are done the MDC-M is dead and gone. Not even Welshman Ncube can sustain a political party because no one in Matebeleland has never been there for the province most of them ate sell outs to Zanu P.F. The only party that has interests of the Matebeleland province MDC-T which has proposed the devolution of power which will benefit all the provinces in Zimbabwe thereby giving these province a chance to come out of the shadows. Priscillar is a disgrace whether she takes or not she is a disgrace to all that know her. Shame on her they are in the politics for money not the people. She lost the vote and had to be hand picked to get a post now she is playing ball with people's life because she knows she was never voted into power. Shame on the MDC-M for failing Zimbabwe. Mugabe has always done as he pleased; disregard what everyone ele says, act unilaterally and damn the consequences. Tsvangirai for once should have put his foot down and said no to further negotiations; Gono and Tomana must go end of story. Sadly Tsvangirai did not and now finds himself being given the usual run round! Mugabe, Tsvangirai and Mutambara can continue with this pointless charade but they must now be aware of the growing call for fresh elections. As the GNU limps from one crisis to the next without ever addressing the key issues affecting the lives of Zimbabweans, the calls for fresh elections will grow louder and louder. As Tanonoka Joseph Whande correctly pointed out in his S W Radio Africa weekly programme, The Heart of the Matter, none of three leaders want fresh elections.
